I know you don't know that...

-If you stop getting thirsty, you need to drink more water. For when a human body is dehydrated, its thirst mechanism shuts off

-The roar that we hear when we place a seashell next to our ear is not the ocean, but rather the sound of blood surging through the veins in the ear (Hmm..I still prefer to think that it's the sound of the ocean)

-Men’s shirts have the buttons on the right, but women’s shirts have the buttons on the left

-Every time you sneeze some of your brain cells die (What?? I sneezed like a million times today...)

-A sneeze travels out your mouth at over 100 m.p.h. (Ahh, that explains it...)

-When you blush, the lining of your stomach also turns red (How cute! A blushing stomach...)

-Google is actually the common name for a number with a million zeros (OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhh!)

-It cost 7 million dollars to build the Titanic and 200 million to make a film about it

-The sound you hear when you crack your knuckles is actually the sound of nitrogen gas bubbles bursting (Now, THAT is just plain freaky)

-Colgate faced big obstacle marketing toothpaste in Spanish speaking countries. Colgate translates into the command “go hang yourself.” (LOL!)

-5% of Canadians don't know the first 7 words of the Canadian anthem, but know the first 9 of the American anthem

-7% of Americans don't know the first 9 words of the American anthem, but know the first 7 of the Canadian anthem (Ah, the irony...)

-A goldfish has a memory span of three seconds

-A walla-walla scene is one where extras pretend to be talking in the background -- when they say "walla-walla" it looks like they are actually talking (wallawallawallawallawallawalla)

-Hershey's Kisses are called that because the machine that makes them looks like it's kissing the conveyor belt (Quoting Rachel "But why do they make it look like 'sai'??")

-Money isn't made out of paper, it's made out of cotton (So technically, you can still grow money on trees right?)

-More Monopoly money is printed in a year, than real money printed throughout the world

Just some random useless facts that I thought would be worthy of some of your brain space =)
